AN APARTMENT IN RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX ``KRYSHTALEVI DZHERELA``

Our task was to get a spacious apartment with a comfortable set of facilities: a kitchen with a large dining table, a cozy living room, a working area, a bedroom with a dressing room and a dressing table.

60 square meters of warm minimalism

``Design creates culture. Culture shapes values. Values determine the future`` - Robert L. Peters

Story and solutions.  The apartment is situated in a new building in a leafy Kyiv neighborhood and has a standard layout with a small kitchen, a living room, a corridor, a bathroom and a bedroom. In this project, the design does not dominate the person but creates a harmonious and cozy interior reflecting the owners’ individuality. The prevailing tones are pastel gray shades contrasting with the warm beige palette.

We installed a podium near the panoramic window in the kitchen. This space can become a perfect place to meet the dawn with a cup of fragrant coffee or can be used as a lounge area for a friendly chat.

The bedroom’s design is minimalistic, with dark textiles and black bedside pendant lights used as a strong emphasis. There is an integrated dressing room with an open storage system. The bedroom also has an exit leading to the private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

All soft and cabinet furniture was designed specifically for the project which allowed us to properly use the entire area of the apartment.

The space is complete with all the necessary features for comfortable living and rest. Soft diffused light makes the apartment’s areas seem even more ambient.
